THE NEW DUE DATE FOR OFFERS WILL BE NOVEMBER 6TH 2026 BY 4:30PM ET. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS DUE TO THE DRAWINGS BEING UPDATED AND CORRECTED IN THE TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE. THE SOLICITATION IS BEING REOPENED FOR OFFERS UNTIL THE POSTED DUE DATE. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. 1. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, Delivery orders, and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email.
