Upon contract award, an anticipated date to begin work will be agreed upon. EVALUATION FOR AWARD: This procurement will be awarded to the lowest priced quote in conformance with the solicitation and SOW provided. Conformance will be determined by the Customer and Contracting officer. Should any uncertainties arise regarding conformance, the customer will consult the Authoring Agency of the SOW.
