The City of Houston (“City”) seeks proposals from qualified Proposers to provide construction services for a 24-inch diameter water distribution line including 8,287 linear foot of 24-inch diameter water line by open-cut, 385 linear foot of 24-inch diameter water line in 36-inch diameter steel casing by open cut, 115 linear foot of 24-inch diameter water line in 36-inch diameter steel casing within limits of a Fault Hazard Zone, and 2,375 linear foot of 24-inch diameter water line in 36-inch diameter steel casing by trenchless construction along State Hwy 3 (SH 3) from Fuqua Street to Dixie Farm Road (FM 1959).
