Description
The California Department of Education (CDE), School Facilities and Transportation Services Division (SFTSD), is seeking proposals from eligible bidders who can provide direct technical assistance regarding facility maintenance to a select number of eligible priority school districts, as determined by the CDE. Bidders are required to submit an Intent to Submit a Proposal by mail, or email, that must be received by November 9, 2026, at 5:00 pm PST. An Intent to Submit a Proposal does not require and organization to submit a proposal, however, a proposal will not be accepted unless an Intent to Submit a Proposal is submitted on time. See RFP Section 2.5, Intent to Submit a Proposal. Please do not submit your questions to this Fi$Cal advertisement; instead, you must formally submit your questions in writing to Courtney MacArthur, School Facilities and Transportation Services Division, by email at cmacarthur@cde.ca.gov. All questions must be submitted to the CDE by November 9, 2026, at 5:00 pm PST. See RFP Section 2.6, Questions and Clarifications.
