<p>The City is seeking qualified and responsible consultants to provide Retail Recruitment and Attraction Services. The selected consultant will provide economic development consulting services to support the City’s efforts to attract new businesses, encourage the expansion and retention of existing businesses, and strengthen Palmdale’s retail and commercial environment.</p><p> The consultant will evaluate local market conditions, demographics, consumer trends, retail opportunities, competitive markets, and commercial properties to identify opportunities for business recruitment and investment. Based on this analysis, the consultant will identify priority business categories and prospective businesses and conduct targeted outreach to businesses, brokers, property owners, industry representatives, and other key stakeholders.</p> <p></p>
