Description
We are requesting bids to replace the existing built-up roof at the main building of the Judicial Center at 109 Park Avenue SE, Aiken, SC. Work shall consist of removing the existing layer on the flat roof, repairing decking as needed, building up roof with new foam insulation, installing flashing (as needed), & installing a single ply 60 mil TPO layer to obtain necessary positive drainage to the existing roof edges. Contractor must be a registered vendor with Elevate Roofing to bid on project.
