Description
Successful Bidder (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") shall provide a complete, turnkey placemaking graphics program, including field verification, graphic design and production-ready artwork, fabrication, printing, mounting hardware, delivery, installation, traffic-control coordination, required permits or authorizations as assigned by the County, final inspection, cleanup, warranties, and closeout documentation. Work shall include both light-pole banner assemblies and exterior vinyl wraps for designated traffic signal cabinets within the Parrish TIF area. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, lifts, tools, materials, consumables, transportation, licenses, temporary traffic-control devices, and incidental items necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Agreement, approved proofs, manufacturer requirements, applicable codes and standards, and the requirements below.
