This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 124PSA27Q0005 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Cattle Feed Supplements. The solicitation documents and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions by reference. The full text may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code (NAICS) is 311119 - Other Animal Food Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 650 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System (APAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation.
