The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders to review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bids (IFB) Number 26C686003 entitled, ¿CHP Rainbow Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF) ¿ Weapons Firing Range Use Services.¿ When preparing and submitting a bid, compliance with the instructions found herein is imperative. DVBE participation requirement has been waived by CHP for this solicitation. Bidders who opt to utilize DVBE participation are eligible to receive DVBE incentive.
