Description

The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the proposed traffic signal on Elmore Avenue at the E 46th Street intersection. The proposed improvements include installing a new traffic signal at this intersection. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.  Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
