North Carolina Correction Enterprises (NCCE) is seeking a third-party certification agency for modular Construction to certify NCCE as a licensed modular home manufacturer. The awarded vendor will provide quality assurance, assist in the development of a quality assurance manual, evaluation of construction, and consulting, to NCCE under the North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI), Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) Manufactured Building Division requirements. The vendor must be an Approved Third-Party Certification Agencies for Modular Construction with the North Carolina Office of The State Fire Marshall.
