Montgomery County (Ohio) is requesting bids for PP-2026-0051R - Administration Building Escalator Removal (Rebid) . All submittals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 . The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $ 3,141,600.00 . Removal of two multi-floor escalators and replacing both with ornamental stairs in the Montgomery County Administration Building. In addition to the escalator/stair scope, this project includes improvements to the Plaza, Mezzanine, Lower-Level Lobbies. Updates within each access area include, but is not limited to, new flooring, wallcoverings, ceilings, lighting, & HVAC.
