Description
The project consists of the construction of roadway improvements of approximately 0.63 miles of Topaz Road from the intersection of Irving Road to the intersection of Highway 23. The proposed improvements include stabilization of the dirt road with 8 inches of uniformly graded aggregate base. Nonmandatory Pre-Bid meeting: Thursday November 19th @ 1pm and Last day for question: November 30th @ 4pm
