The Rhode Island Department of Emergency Management is seeking MOBILE EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER, TYPE 1. The primary mission of this vehicle is to serve as a self-contained, rapidly deployable Mobile Emergency Operations Center (MEOC) capable of executing localized command and control, multi-agency interoperability, dispatch center and real-time situational awareness during major events in the state of Rhode Island. The pre-proposal conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 10:00 am.
