Description
In general, the work consists of localized base repair on arterial roads throughout the City as shown in the enclosed project plans and tables. Work is to include but is not limited to: hot-mix asphalt (HMA) base repairs; inventorying, protecting/covering, and restoring utility covers; adjustment of utility covers/boxes within base repair areas; restoration of traffic striping, markings, and traffic loop detectors affected by base repairs; and for all other work, items, or details not mentioned above that are required by the Drawings, Standard Specifications, of these Special Provisions.
