If any package or configuration is unavailable, state the conflict and make a recommendation that is equal to or better than the requested vehicle specifications. Please state if the vehicle is on the Dealer Lot(or not), the quantity available for purchase, and your delivery timeline. **Terms** *Dealer Lot is preferred and takes priority over having to order from Ford Motor Company. *The City of Huntington Beach reserves the right to purchase any quantity of vehicle up to the bidders “max available quantity”. *The City of Huntington Beach reserves the right to purchase from one or more bidder(up to bidder’s max available quantity). *Please be sure to review the document titled "Instructions to Bidders".
