The Department of the California Highway Patrol (CHP) Invites prospective bidders to review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bids (IFB) Number 26C590001 entitled, "CHP Central L.A Area office - HVAC Maintenance Services." When preparing and submitting a bid, compliance with the instructions found herein is imperative. DVBE Participation Requirements: California Law Requires Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation; however, the DVBE participation requirement has been waived by CHP for this solicitation. Bidders who opt to utilize DVBE participation are eligible to received DVBE incentive. For More information regarding this option, see section M of the IFB entitled "Preference and Incentive Programs." Walk-Through Requirements: It is mandatory that you view job site before submitting a bid. Mandatory walk through will be held on November 16th at 10:30 A.M. at the Central Los Angeles Area office - 590 located at 777 West Washington Boulevard Los Angeles, CA 90015
