U.S. GOVERNMENT - NOTICE OF LEASE REQUIREMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners and authorized representatives of properties meeting the following requirements: State: New Jersey City: Parsippany Delineated Area: North: I-10 East: I-287 South: Hanover Ave West: I-202 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,225 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,225 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 88 Parking Spaces (Surface): 88 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 120 Months Firm Term: 60 Months Additional Requirements: - The Government will not consider subleases. - At this time, the Government is only considering existing buildings, and will not consider new construction options. - This procurement will be subject to all the rules, regulations, conditions and specifications stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package that will be sent out pursuant to this presolicitation notice. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
