This is a "REQUEST FOR INFORMATION" only. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing to Contracting Officer Taylor Richter, taylor.richter@va.gov, no later than 11/10/2026 at 12:00 pm EST. Telephone inquiries shall not be accepted. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name (b) address (c) point of contact (d) phone and email (e) DUNS/SAM UEI number (f) Cage Code (g) Tax ID Number (h) type of small business, e.g. SDVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, Women Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, or Small Business HUBZone business and (i) must provide a capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to perform as a contractor for the work described below. The New York Harbor Healthcare System (423 E 23rd Street, New York, NY 10010) has a requirement for a contractor to provide professional on-demand language interpretation services through qualified interpreters via telephone/video remote interpretation platforms to include telephone, video remote, medical and emergency interpretation services 24 hours/7 days a week and on Federal Holidays and weekends. The period of performance is anticipated to be one year (1) from award with four (4) subsequent option years. General: The contractor shall provide medical language interpreting and translation services for the minimum languages: Achi, Achinese, Acholi, Afar, Afghani, Afrikaans, Akan, Akateko, Albanian, American Sign Language, Amharic, Anuak, Apache, Arabic, Arabic (Iraq), Arabic (Juba), Arabic (Saudi Arabia), Arabic (Sudan), Arabic (Yemen), Arakanese, Armenian, Armenian (Western), Assamese, Assyrian, Awakatek, Azeri (Cyrillic), Azeri (Latin), Bambara, Bangala, Bashkir, Basque, B…
