Description
The Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance has the need to purchase licensure revenue services, data warehousing and support services for the Axiom Pro solution used in conjunction with the Licensing and Enforcement Information Database System (LEIDS) system which requires ongoing integration with multiple applications to support processing, deposits and load of application, for renewals, and miscellaneous documents. In accordance with Chapter 60A-1.045, Florida Administrative Code, the Florida Department of Health, MQA, requests authorization to purchase, as a single source, licensure revenue services, data warehousing and support services from Docufree Corporation.
