A.1 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 1. This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process. 2. Acquisition Policy Flash 26-30 (eff. 05/12/2026). 3. The combined synopsis / solicitation number 36C25627Q0028. 4. The NAICS code is 812332 and the size standard is $47.0M. This requirement is for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set aside and will be firm fixed price. 5.
