Description

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to replace roll¿up doors, operators, and a fire¿rated counter door, including removal, installation, safety sensors, testing, and finish repairs, in compliance with UL 325 and NFPA 80 standards. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 131868, Door Repair & Door Operator Replacement and Contractor Business Name.
