St. Clair County, Illinois, owner and operator of MidAmerica St. Louis Airport (BLV), through the Public Building Commission (hereinafter, “Owner”), hereby gives notice that Request for Proposals (RFP’s) will be received from qualified firms to provide aircraft rescue and firefighting, airport operations, and security services for MidAmerica St. Louis Airport (BLV).
