Rapid Incident Scene Clearance (RISC) For District Two

The Florida Department of Transportation District 2 is soliciting written replies from qualified vendors to establish a contract to provide Rapid Incident Scene Clearance for District Two as described in Exhibit A – Scope of Services. Sealed replies will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Subsequent replies will be due on the second Tuesday of each month at 2:00 p.m. as needed. The sealed replies will be opened at 2:30 p.m. by the Department's Procurement Office personnel at the Florida Department of Transportation District 2 Headquarters, 1109 S.
