Pre-Qualified Pool of professional engineering firms in 22 qualification categories for Houston Public Works projects; qualifications-based selection per Tex. Gov’t Code Ch. 2254. The City seeks submissions from qualified firms (“Respondents”) to establish a standing, SPD-maintained Pre-Qualified Pool of professional engineering firms for the planning, design, and delivery of Houston Public Works infrastructure projects. The Pool will be organized by the engineering qualification categories identified in Section 3.2 below, and firms may seek pre-qualification in a maximum of six (6) categories.
