Description
The City of Cleveland, Georgia (¿City¿) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced playground equipment manufacturers, suppliers, installers, contractors, or qualified firms for the furnishing, delivery, installation, and completion of playground equipment and safety surfacing at two City-owned park locations. The selected proposer shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, services, incidental items, and other resources necessary to provide a complete, safe, accessible, code-compliant, and operational playground installation. The City intends to award a contract or contracts based upon the proposal that provides the best overall value to the City, considering the evaluation criteria contained in this RFP. The City reserves the right to award the project in whole or in part, negotiate with the highest-ranked proposer, reject any or all proposals, and/or reduce the scope of work based upon available funding.
