The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from GDOT Prequalified Contractors for the following project: FY27-ENGCP-002-6: Road Asset Management. The project consists of collecting and analyzing field data, creating a road asset inventory, and producing a list of CIP projects based on empirical traffic data and need. All contractors seeking to provide construction delivery services to Bulloch County for this project shall submit evidence of current active approval as a GDOT Prequalified Contractor as of the bid submission deadline November 20, 2026, 3:00 PM EDT, as it appears on GDOT¿s Directory of Prequalified Contractors webpage.
