The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit contracts with organizations that can provide Prevention and Aftercare (P&A) services to vulnerable children and families in Los Angeles County. The P&A objectives are to provide a comprehensive, integrated continuum of strength-based, family-centered and community-oriented resources.
