All proposals forthis solicitation must be submitted electronically through the University ofHouston’s JAGGAER Sourcing Event Portal. Proposals submitted through any othermethod will not be accepted. Respondentsmust have a JAGGAER supplier account to access and respond to solicitationevents. New suppliers may create an account, and existing suppliers may log in,through the University of HoustonSupplier Portal . Solicitationopportunities and related documents may be accessed through the followingportals: · JAGGAERSourcing Event Portal: Access solicitationopportunities and submit proposals . All proposals must be submitted through theapplicable JAGGAER sourcing event by the specified submission deadline. · ElectronicState Business Daily (ESBD)/State of Texas Bid Portal: View solicitation postings and related documents . This portal provides public noticeof solicitation opportunities and related documents. Proposals must besubmitted through JAGGAER as instructed in this RFP.
