Description
The basis of design is the traditional fiber optic system for GPON. Provide all materials and labor for the installation of a customer-owned outside plant Communication system. This section includes City Owned Outside Plant Communications cabling, termination, and administration equipment and installation requirements for the specified Outside Plant Structured Cabling System. Furnish, install, and place into satisfactory and successful operation all materials, devices, and necessary appurtenances to provide a complete Outside Plant pathway system as hereinafter specified and/or shown on the Contract Documents. The Pathway system shall support an ANSI/TIA and ISO/IEC compliant communications Structured Cabling System (SCS).
