The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals, through competitive negotiation, from qualified healthcare consulting firms, herein individually referred to as âOfferorâ or âContractorâ or âSupplier,â for the provision of consulting services for the Department of Corrections (DOC), herein referred to as the âPurchasing Agencyâ or âAgencyâ to obtain and maintain compliant status as a Covered Entity in the 340B drug pricing program (the â340B Drug Pricing Programâ) administered by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the United Statesâ Department of Health and Human Services
