Combined Synopsis/Solicitation RFQ No. 75H70626Q00105 Non-Personal Healthcare Services Rosebud Comprehensive Health Care Facility � Rosebud, South Dakota Quotation Deadline: November 10, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time Question Deadline: November 9, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Central Time A. Solicitation Overview This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented by the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. B. Contract Type and Solicitation Number The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for non-personal healthcare services under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 75H70626Q00105. C. Applicable Acquisition Regulations This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, effective March 13, 2026. D. Set-Aside and NAICS Code This acquisition is a 100 percent small business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621512, with a small business size standard of $19 million. E. Pricing Requirements Unit prices shall include all costs necessary to perform the required services, including, but not limited to, travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and all other performance-related expenses. Offerors shall submit their most competitive and reasonable rates and complete the attached Standard Form (SF) 1449. F. Place and Period of Performance Services shall be provided at the Rosebud Comprehensive Health Care Facility in Rosebud, South Dakota.
