<p>The City of Oxnard (“City”) is soliciting competitive bids from qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, minor materials, temporary protection, documentation, and incidentals necessary to perform on-call maintenance and minor repair services for existing fencing, gates, and related fencing appurtenances.</p><p>Services are intended for routine, recurring, usual, and minor work necessary to preserve, protect, secure, and keep existing fencing-related improvements in a safe, functional, and continuously usable condition. This contract does not include public-project construction, reconstruction, major repair, major replacement, new installation, capital improvement work, or larger planned replacement work that must be separately procured as a public project.</p> <p></p>
