Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.201, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, dated 03-13-2026. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. To be considered for award prospective offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) and SBA verified SDVOSB Veteran Small Business Certification Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/) concern verified at the date and time set for receipt of offers.
