IRA Funds This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The Department of Energy has accepted the deviations of RFO Part 12. Solicitation number 89243326QFE000561 is issued as a Request for quotation (RFQ) and is available for downloading on Contract Opportunities at https://sam.gov and FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net/Fedconnect/. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
