The City of Rancho Cordova, IT Department is soliciting request for proposals for a business-readable inventory of the data assets maintained within the City’s existing Tyler EnerGov environment. . The purpose of this engagement is to provide City business and technical staff with a clear understanding of: • What data exists within each EnerGov module used by the City • What information is standard Tyler/EnerGov versus City-configured or custom • How the information is structured • How major data elements and modules relate to one another • What historical information is maintained This engagement is for data discovery and documentation. The City is not requesting a data dump, data migration, new integration, report development, or system development as part of this scope.
