Description
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to complete the Fire Station No. 77 Restroom Remodel located at 17459 Slover Avenue, Fontana, CA 92335. SCOPE OF WORK The Scope of Work consists of demolishing and replacing (2) existing showers/restrooms and (1) locker room (approximately 738 S.F. total). Interior improvements include new partitions, opening, finishes, and replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as required to support the change from (1) gang shower/restroom and (1) single- occupancy shower/restroom to (5) single-occupancy shower/restroom. The remaining portion of improved floor area (portion of previous locker room) is converted to a new laundry room. In addition, this Project includes site improvements to the existing ADA parking stall (and adjacent parking spaces) along with modifications the existing path of travel to the front entry door as required for ADA compliance (approximately 2,302 S.F.)
