Description

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is soliciting proposals from qualified Architecture/Engineering (A/E) firms to provide professional services for the Department of Emergency Services (DES) Purinton Parkway Master Plan. The project will develop a site master plan for a future fire station and fire water fill site on Borough-owned property to support the long-term expansion of emergency response services. Phase 1 services include a site survey, geotechnical investigation, and master plan layout to guide initial site development and future phased infrastructure improvements as funding becomes available. * Questions or requests for clarifications shall be directed to the Borough’s Purchasing Office. Questions or requests for clarification directed to any other member of the Borough staff, or consultants may be grounds for rejection of proposal as being irregular.
