Provide training services to our Benefits Specialist staff member on an as-needed basis to ensure the agency is compliant with federal requirements, is implementing effective and efficient policies and procedures that provide services to Social Security beneficiaries, and supports the Benefits Specialist per Attachment A: Scope of Work.
