UPDATE ON 10/28/2026: FEMA intends to solicit the PA-TAC VI requirement on GSA/OASIS +. FEMA also intends to release a solicitation on GSA/OASIS + on or about December 1, 2026 (this date is not a guaranteed date). CONTRACT VEHICLE: GSA/OASIS+ ;Unrestricted (UR) DOMAIN: Management & Advisory Services (M&A) NAICS (in selected Domain) 541611: Administrative Mgmt and General Mgmt Consulting Services Questions will likely be due on December 15th and proposals will be due late January. These are not guaranteed dates. VENDOR PACKAGES SUBMITTED TO BE ADDED TO GSA/OASIS+ (M&A Domain and NAICS Code 541611): The Contracting Officer can expedite packages for Vendors who aspire to get on OASIS+ for the purpose of bidding on this requirement. To have your package expedited, vendors may send me an email (to sharon.edwards3@fema.dhs.gov and erich.ducote@fema.dhs.gov ) once your package is submitted to GSA. Please include the following information in your email: Primary Contact: Name, email, and ph# Alternate Contact: Name, email and ph# Those that have already submitted packages to GSA may send an email to the email addresses listed above with the date of submission to GSA and the include following information: Primary Contact: Name, email, and ph# Alternate Contact: Name, email and ph# THERE IS NO GUARANTEE that your package will be approved or disapproved by the solicitation posting date.
