“AGENCY”, is initiating a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from firms interested in becoming the AGENCY’s preferred strategic partner to provide strategic media planning, buying, management, optimization, and reporting services. The Tacoma Community College seeks a partner for our digital marketing efforts who can help us plan and execute multifaceted digital campaigns, with the goal of boosting enrollment in a competitive higher education landscape.
