The City of Rock Hill will receive submissions for the Downtown Traffic Management Project Components 1 and 2 - Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) and Wilson Street Improvements until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 18, 2026. Bidders shall be SCDOT prequalified prior to receiving bid documents and plans. Davis-Bacon Act provisions apply to this project. Build America, Buy America Act provisions apply to this project.
