Description
The Connecticut Office of Higher Education (OHE) seeks a qualified consultant with demonstrated expertise in the development, launch, operation, and sustainability of Promise Programs to support OHE in implementing Connecticut’s statewide initiative to establish new Promise Programs. The consultant will provide technical assistance, stakeholder engagement, locally responsive program design, evaluation metrics, funding strategies, sustainability planning, and implementation support.
