The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Florence, CO intends to issue solicitation, for the acquisition of Quarterly Grease Trap Cleaninig at Federal Correctional Complex, Florence, CO. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses., The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation will be made available on or about October 29, 2026, and will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.sam.gov All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments and awards, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. Each offeror is required to be registered in www.SAM.gov complete with representations and certifications at the time of quotation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is November 9, 2026 at 4:00 pm, Payment will be made using the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. The point of contact for all information regarding this solicitation is Brittany Baker, Contract Specialist. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Florence, intends to issue a single-award, Firm-Fixed Price, purchase order for the acquisition of (4) Quarterly Grease Trap Pumping, Cleaning and Disposal of Waste for (3) 12,000 GAL, and (2) 6,000 interceptors. This acquisition has been Set-Aside for SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. All offerors shall have an "Active" status and registered in the System for Award Management, SAM.gov, prior to the closing of this solicitation. The evaluation criteria for award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, (LPTA), and the acquisition shall be "Meets or Exceeds" to the supplied Statement of Objective.
