This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 Effective: 13March2026 This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 13.003 (b)(1) on a Firm-Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) basis. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 , with a small business size standard of 1000. The associated Federal Supply Code (FSC) / Product Service Code (PSC) procurement is 6650 This amendment is issued to incorporate DFARS 252.225-7013, Duty-Free Entry (AUG 2025), into the combined synopsis/solicitation. The quotation due date is hereby extended from 10/16/2026 to 21 October 2026, 4pm Eastern Time. All other terms and conditions of Solicitation No. N0017327Q5600 remain unchanged.
