This is a re-advertisement of Solicitation No. 601440000053169 to establish a contract to purchase and deliver the AASHTO Highway Safety Manual (HSM), First Edition, with 2014 Supplement, as single-user PDF licenses. The contract shall provide licensed electronic access to the publication for TxDOT personnel in accordance with the publisher's licensing terms and the Statement of Work.
