JCPRD is looking for Janitorial Company/Companies who is/are able to provide services to over 51,000 square feet of real estate, with the possibility of adding more locations. The vendor(s) must have the staffing and ability to service all 5 of the current locations, with the understanding that JCPRD reserves the right to award multiple vendors a contract as part of this RFP.
