Description and Required Regulatory Statements (FAR 12.202(b)(1)(i)) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers/quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70LGLY26QGLB00056 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement and delivery of six hundred and forty-nine (649) portable, water-filled, cable-reinforced longitudinal safety barriers and six (6) compatible, anchorless, water-filled crash attenuator end treatments to support emergency driver training operations on Emergency Response Ranges #7 and #8 at FLETC Glynco, GA. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
