The OAG is soliciting proposals from attorneys to advise and represent the OAG and the OAG's client agencies and institutions with respect to specific commercial real estate transactions or matters. Counsel also will be needed on an ongoing basis to notify the OAG of any change to the law in these areas that would affect Commonwealth agencies and institutions.
