Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal l (RFP) is to solicit proposals from eligible entities with proven service approaches and strategies to provide employment and training services to residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training (SNAP E&T) program. Proven service is defined as evidence based innovative types of practices. The SNAP E&T program supports SNAP recipients in reaching their career objectives by offering a wide array of services tailored to their individuals interests with movement toward a career path and wage growth.
